PERSONALIZED ADVICE

Get to know the client and their needs. First meeting can be in person or virtual, where it is explained in detail how to purchase the asset. If the investor is a foreigner and is going to make a significant investment in Spain, we will explain how he can benefit from the residence regime for investors.

ASSET PROPOSAL

Once the client situation has been analyzed, we will study and propose the areas where we advise the purchase. Likewise, we will do an exhaustive search with the most attractive products, so clients can make an informed choice.

ACCOMPANIMENT IN MANAGEMENT

Once the home or asset is selected, all the procedures are started to prepare the documentation. At Silva y Varela we work with a law firm that we put at your disposal to give you the greatest security and guarantee of your choice, either with personal or corporate ownership, and advise clients on the best tax formula to make it more advantageous. Next, the reservation will be made through a deposit contract, which will be made available to the client to be signed. From Silva & Varela we will take care of the management of the entire administrative process.

Finally, the signature of the purchase-sale at the notary. From Silva & Varela we provide the service if the foreign client requests it. With this last step, the client is already the owner of the property.
